Experience
Mr. Farland has over twelve years of experience in construction, civil engineering and the land surveying field. His experience in construction (Roads Corporation) started with hands on laboring activities and progressed to a superintendent position. His practice in the civil engineering and the land surveying field: includes survey calculations, fieldwork, and project design and drafting for all phases of residential site design, commercial site design, and subdivision design including on site sewerage disposal systems, roadways, storm drainage, groundwater mounding analysis, soil borings, Title 5 soil evaluations, wetland delineation, erosion control and other types of surveying projects. He is very experienced with Land Development Desktop, all AutoCAD applications, HydroCAD and StormCAD drainage programs. His representative project listing includes:

• Superintendent for all construction activities at Hanscom Airforce Base, Massachusetts.
• Four years of soil evaluation and design of septic systems in Eastern Massachusetts. Residential and commercial applications from 220 to 3,000 gallons per day.
• Project Manager for 10 lot residential subdivision; Taunton, Massachusetts.
• Project Manager for 15 lot residential subdivision; Foxborough, Massachusetts.
• Design Engineer for various commercial sites; Norfolk, Worcester, Foxborough, and Holliston Massachusetts.
• Design Engineer for the site development and layout for the Biology/Sciences building project at Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts.
• Topographic survey and property line surveys for various projects all over Eastern Massachusetts
