Experience
Mr. Parmentier has over thirty-six years of professional experience in civil engineering design and municipal and state permitting for residential, retail, commercial and industrial site uses. His experience is in land planning and site development and design including environmental, stormwater hydrology and drainage, and Title-5 soil evaluator and sewage disposal system designs. His representative project listing includes:

• Civil Site Design, City of Worcester and State Permitting, and LEED program registration for the new Biology/Sciences Buildings and the parking garage expansion projects at Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts.
• Title 5 DEP Licensed Inspector, Certified Soil Evaluator and Sewage Disposal System Designer. Designed on-site Title-5 sewage disposal systems for single, multi-family residential, and commercial development sites throughout central and southeastern Massachusetts communities.
• Design and Permitting Engineer for various gasoline service stations in New England: Framingham, Middleborough, Quincy, and Sturbridge in Massachusetts; Milford and Seabrook in New Hampshire; Bozrah, Bridgeport, Ledyard, Hartford, Norwich, and Plainfield in Connecticut; and South Kingstown in Rhode Island.
• Project Management of residential subdivision and commercial site designs in central and southeast Massachusetts communities incorporating site layout and design, wetland applications, public utilities, and sewage disposal systems.
• Former Town Engineer with the Town of Milford, Massachusetts (1976 through 1981).
• Former Consulting Engineer with Town of Mendon, Massachusetts (1979 through 1982).
• Regional Sanitary landfill designs in Plainville and Blackstone, Massachusetts.
